You’ve probably had “write blog posts” on your to-do list for… a while.
You know it matters. You want your content to show up in search. You want your expertise to be findable. You want to stop relying on Instagram to do all the heavy lifting.
But between running your business, serving clients, and trying to take a weekend off every now and then… blogging just never happens.
That’s exactly why we created Blogging in a Week Service — a done-for-you blog content and strategy package that helps you finally start (or revive) your blog in just 6 days.
We’re talking SEO-friendly posts that sound like you, connect with your audience, and work behind the scenes to grow your visibility long after you hit publish.
Here’s what it’s actually like to go through the blogging in a week process, day by day:
Day 0: The Prep Work (We Strategically “Stalk” You)
Before your kickoff call, we’re already diving in behind the scenes.
You’ll start by filling out a detailed questionnaire. Not just a few vague prompts — we ask the right questions to pull out your voice, your goals, and your content gaps. Things like:
- What offers or services do you want to spotlight?
- What kind of tone and phrases feel like “you”?
- What topics are you tired of repeating in your DMs?
- What do you never want to sound like?
From there, we start what we lovingly call the strategic stalk.
We look through your:
- Website
- Email newsletters
- Freebies and funnels
- Any past blog content (if you have it)
Why? Because we want your blog posts to sound like you, feel like you, and support what you’re already building. This is where we start brainstorming 20+ topic ideas so you never have to wonder, “but what would I even write about?” again.
Day 1: Kickoff Call + Strategy Debrief
This is where the real magic begins.
On our kickoff call, we walk through everything we uncovered:
- Our proposed mini blog strategy (based on your content goals)
- The 20 topic ideas we developed
- A few sample outlines so you can visualize the direction
We’ll chat about voice, keywords, Pinterest potential, and anything on your radar — upcoming launches, offers to highlight, or content you’ve been meaning to create forever but haven’t had the time to write.
After the call, you’ll receive a recap, all the blog title options, and outlines in your inbox so you can review everything clearly and at your pace.
Day 2: You Choose the Final Topics
You’ll pick your favorite 8 blog post topics, send us any final feedback, and then… you get to relax.
Want to add a story to one of the posts? Prefer we shift the tone from expert to conversational? Craving a more educational style with bullet points and examples? Just let us know here.
We take your feedback and refine the strategy before we start writing.
Day 3: Writing Begins
We get to work writing eight custom, long-form blog posts (about 800–1,000+ words each).
These aren’t generic posts or keyword-stuffed fluff. They’re built to do three things:
1. Sound like you.
Whether your tone is warm and gentle, witty and bold, or somewhere in between, we mirror your brand voice.
2. Connect with your ideal client.
Every post is written with your audience in mind: what they’re searching for, what they need to know, and how they buy.
3. Support long-term visibility.
Posts are structured with SEO best practices, Pinterest potential, and future AI search in mind.
Day 4: Polish + Pin Design
Once the writing is complete, we get everything ready for publishing.
Each blog post includes:
- Keyword-rich meta descriptions
- Clear headers + subheadings
- Internal links (to keep readers exploring your site)
- Alt text
- Calls-to-action that feel natural, not pushy
If you’re bundling with Pinterest (which we recommend), we also design Pin graphics for each blog post with your branding — ready for scheduling and built to drive clicks.
Day 5: Fully Uploaded + Ready to Go
This is the part clients are always surprised by: you don’t have to lift a finger to post anything.
We upload every blog post directly into your platform (WordPress, Squarespace, Shopify, wherever you host your blog).
We take care of:
- Formatting and styling
- Adding featured images, tags, categories
- Double-checking for SEO details
By the end of the day, your blog isn’t just written. It’s built, loaded, and ready to launch. And let’s be real, blogging isn’t just the writing so this part is huge for the program!
